City Developments Limited (CDL) reported that 350 of the 570 homes at Lucerne Grand were sold over the launch weekend of 3 to 4 October 2026, as carried by EdgeProp Singapore. That is 61.4% by simple calculation (350 ÷ 570), at an overall average of about $2,480 psf. The split by bedroom type below is EdgeProp Singapore's report and is not confirmed by a second source. Here are the figures, taken one at a time.
- 350 of 570 overall. The overall figure is from CDL's release.
- 2-bedroom: 145 of 222, as reported by EdgeProp Singapore, about 65% of the type. CDL's release gives a starting price of $1.498 million for a 624 sq ft two-bedroom.
- 3-bedroom: 157 of 253, as reported by EdgeProp Singapore, about 62% of the type. CDL's release gives a starting price of $1.988 million for an 883 sq ft three-bedroom.
- 4-bedroom: 48 of 95, as reported by EdgeProp Singapore, about 51% of the type. CDL's release gives a starting price of $2.788 million for a 1,152 sq ft four-bedroom.
- Who bought. About 93% of buyers were Singapore citizens and about 7% were permanent residents, per CDL.
Reading numbers like these, ask what question you are answering: how the weekend went, or which home suits your household. Only the first is addressed here.
The overall average of about $2,480 psf blends all three types, so individual homes will sit above or below it depending on size, floor and facing. Treat it as a project-wide figure rather than a quote for any one home, and always work from the price list released for the unit you are considering.
Check the arithmetic and it holds: 145 plus 157 plus 48 equals 350. A launch-weekend tally describes what happened across the whole project; it says nothing about how any single unit will be priced or how it will perform later, so use it as context only and do your own comparison against your budget.
The project itself is five 17-storey blocks at 30-38 Lakeside Drive in District 22, a 99-year leasehold from 8 September 2025, directly linked to Lakeside MRT. The retail podium, Lucerne Galleria, sits on level 1, and the developer is CDL Polaris Properties Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited. For the walk from the station, see the location page; the homepage carries the full project overview.
Percentages here are simple arithmetic on the reported counts, rounded to the nearest whole number, so small differences are possible if you recalculate them yourself.
For anyone planning to look at the project, the preview period began on 18 September 2026 and sales booking opened on 3 October 2026. Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy has been achieved, and the expected vacant possession date is 7 December 2031.
