How the Lucerne Grand Payments Are Funded
The 5% booking fee on the Option to Purchase is paid in cash. The remaining downpayment, due with the Sale and Purchase Agreement, may be paid from cash and CPF Ordinary Account savings, with a minimum cash portion that depends on the loan-to-value limit. From the foundation stage onwards the bank disburses the housing loan as each stage is certified, so monthly instalments begin small and rise as more of the loan is drawn.
The developer gives an expected vacant possession date of 7 December 2031, which follows the TOP stage.
