Lucerne Grand Enquiry Data
Enquiry forms collect a name, mobile number and email address, with optional preferences and a message. These details are used solely to respond to the enquiry — to send the requested brochure, price list or floor plans and to arrange a sales gallery appointment — and are not sold to third parties. Enquiries are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, recorded securely in a Cloudflare database and emailed to the Sales Concierge through Resend, an email delivery service; these providers process the details only to deliver the enquiry. Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically.
Lucerne Grand and the PDPA
Personal data is handled in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Consent given on a form may be withdrawn at any time by emailing [email protected], and a request to access or correct personal data may be made the same way.
Cookies and Analytics on the Lucerne Grand Site
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cookieless, aggregate traffic statistics may be collected to keep the site working well. Embedded services such as the Cloudflare Turnstile check and, when a visitor launches one, a virtual tour, are provided by third parties under their own policies.
